Excellent Grand Master of the Third Veil
Companion Marty Kwilosz was born in July of 1986. He is rumored to have been raised by werewolves and educated at Xavier’s School for Gifted Youngsters. He is sometimes affectionately referred to as “Party” Marty due to his jovial attitude and celebration of the tenants of Good Fellowship. Marty’s passions in life include breaking bread with loved ones, telling stories and living life to the fullest. From a pro-wrestling event to Shakespere, he celebrates the arts in all of their forms. He prefers his music too loud, his drinks perfectly chilled and his Independence Day celebrations on the 4th of July.
Marty knew he wanted to be a part of Freemasonry since seeing the episode of The Simpsons entitled “Homer The Great ” where Homer joined a mysterious society called “The Stonecutters”. Worshipful Brother Kwilosz was Initiated into Hinsdale Lodge No. 934 on 1/26/12, Passed 11/8/12 and Raised 08/1/2013. On 11/21/13 he affiliated with Villa Park Lodge No. 1113 where he served as Worshipful Master in 2017 and is the current Secretary.
Companion Kwilosz was Exalted into membership at Keystone Chapter No. 281 and served as Excellent High Priest for the 2021-2022 term.
He is a member of Temple Council and Mizpah Commandery. In addition to Temple Council, Companion Kwilosz was integral in the revitalization of DuPage Council and currently serves as its Captain of The Guard. Noble Kwilosz is a Noble of Medinah Shrine. He and his beautiful wife Stephanie are active with The Villa Park Eastern Star Chapter. He is a Charter member and Past Monarch of CHI-ILL Grotto. He also serves as an appointed officer in El Jaala and Aliabad Grottoes. Within the realm of Grotto, Prophet Kwilosz is also the Secretary of the Illinois State Grotto Association and International Secretary for Mokanna’s Cigar Aficionados.
His newest passion in our craft is High 12 International, taking part in the chartering of CHI-ILL High 12 Club and serving as its secretary and treasurer. With as much joy as Companion Kwilosz has within Lodge, Chapter, Grotto, etc. his greatest joy is seeing the youth groups flourish. His view is with youth groups being as strong as they can be. The future of our Fraternity is in amazing hands. Companion Kwilosz did attain the rank of Honorary Legion of Honor within the realm of DeMolay. Companion Kwilosz was recently appointed a 2 year Trustee and Fundraising Chair of the Royal Arch Masons Charitable Foundation. So please swing by the RAMCF table and see him and his wife!
